Descending the staircase to the lower level will take you to the living quarters. The living room (50 m²) has French windows opening out onto the terrace with a marvellous view of the sea. In the living room there is a leather corner seat, a colour television with satellite link-up, a DVD-player, iPod amplifier/loudspeaker and a wireless ADSL-internet connection. Next to all that there is a large bookcase, a dining table seating eight people and a fire place.
The adjacent half-open kitchen also looks out upon the sea. There is an induction hob with five hot plates, a cooker hood, an oven and a wide working top. Next to that there is a Quooker hot water tap, a dishwasher and refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee maker, a conventional coffee maker and a toaster.
The terrace (45 m²) has awnings right across the width of the house, two sunbeds, two hanging chairs and a Weber gas barbecue. The kitchen door opens onto the covered part of the terrace where you will find the outdoor dining table. In the living quarters there is another lavatory, a third bedroom (10 m²) with twin beds (2 mattresses 80x200), a wardrobe and another bathroom with a shower and a washbasin. All rooms of the house have airconditioning/heating.
